The CRM that knows which ad signed the customer
Google Ads and Meta count clicks and conversions. They do not know who signed, or for how much. The SaveAds CRM closes the loop: each contact keeps the campaign that brought it, each won deal carries its amount.
What is a CRM connected to Google Ads for?
A CRM connected to Google Ads ties each contact to the campaign that brought it, then follows the deal through to the signature. You get the real acquisition cost per campaign: ad spend divided by signed customers, not by clicks or reported conversions. In SaveAds, a contact with no known campaign stays in an “unknown source” line, never spread across the others.
The loop, from ad to deal
Each step keeps track of the previous one: that is what makes the last figure right.
- 1SpendWhat each campaign cost, read from the ad platform.
- 2ContactsCalls, forms and prospects, with their source campaign.
- 3DealsYour trade’s pipeline: quote, follow-up, appointment.
- 4SignedThe signed amount, filed under the campaign that brought it.
Contacts arrive with their campaign
A call on a tracked line, a form sent from your website, a prospect found by prospecting: each one enters the CRM with its source. No double entry, no “where did they come from?” column to fill from memory at the end of the week.
- Today’s calls — calls received on your tracked lines, qualified in one click.
- Forms — one sending address per source, and each submission becomes a contact.
- Dictated note — you describe the call, the record fills itself in.
A pipeline shaped like your trade
A tradesperson follows “quote sent, followed up, signed”. An estate agency follows “viewing, offer”. An online shop follows the abandoned cart. The CRM starts from your business’s pipeline, and deals move from one column to the next by dragging them.
The only figure that matters: cost per signed customer
Once deals are won and their amounts entered, SaveAds divides each campaign’s spend by its signed customers. That figure tells you which campaign to keep, not the cost per click.
Two currencies are never added together, and zero signed customers reads “no cost yet”, never “£0”.
Driven from the app, Claude or ChatGPT
The SaveAds connector gives Claude and ChatGPT the CRM tools: read today’s calls, create a contact, log a call, move a deal forward. Anything that commits a figure is proposed to you and waits for your approval.
What the CRM does not do
- It is included in the Business and Enterprise plans, not in the Free and Pro plans.
- It does not guess where a contact came from: with no known campaign, it files it under “unknown source”.
- It does not replace your accounting software.
Frequently asked questions
Is the SaveAds CRM included in the subscription?
- Yes, in the Business plan and the Enterprise plan. The Free and Pro plans do not include the CRM.
Can I import my contacts from a spreadsheet?
- Yes: a CSV file exported from your spreadsheet goes into the CRM, with columns recognised on import.
Does the CRM work with Meta Ads?
- Yes. The loop reads campaign-by-campaign spend from Google Ads and Meta Ads. LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat do not provide it at that level of detail yet.
