Nothing leaves without approval: every action is proposed, then applied only if you accept it.
Four actions apply from SaveAds, within your guardrails and never without your approval.
Google Ads integration
This is the platform SaveAds already acts on — Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are being activated — and also the one exposing the most useful data: the search terms report.
What does the SaveAds Google Ads integration do?
The Google Ads integration reads an account’s campaigns, budgets, spend, conversions, search terms and anomalies through the official API, after an OAuth authorisation you grant and can withdraw. SaveAds already applies changes there: exclude keywords, change a budget, pause or re-enable a campaign or a keyword — each action logged and reversible. It also creates Search Network ads, paused until you switch them on.
What comes back
The account is read on a schedule rather than queried on every screen: the interface and the AI connector read data already synced. An account just connected therefore has nothing to show yet.
- Campaigns — status, daily budget, spend, conversions, cost per acquisition.
- Daily series — day-by-day movement, over the depth your plan allows.
- Search terms — the query actually typed, its cost and its result.
- Anomalies — the problems Google reports that prevent normal delivery.
The four actions, and their safeguards
Add negative keywords, change a budget, pause or re-enable a campaign, pause or re-enable a keyword. Every action respects the account’s autonomy level and the limits you set, checked server-side.
A budget shared by several campaigns is a special case: SaveAds flags it before acting, because changing it would touch campaigns you were not thinking about.
The rollback
Every change is stored with its previous state. The undo first checks that the current value is still the one SaveAds set; if you changed it yourself in the Google interface in the meantime, it stops and says so.
Out of scope
- Ad creation covers the Search Network: no Display, Shopping or video campaigns.
- No changes to bidding strategies or audiences.
- No management of extensions or conversion tags.
- History depth depends on your plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Google Ads manager account?
- No. The authorisation is granted with an account that has access to the relevant ad account, standalone or under a manager structure.
How do I cut access?
- From your Google account permissions, or from SaveAds. Revocation is immediate on both sides.
Can SaveAds act without my agreement?
- Only at autonomy levels 4 and 5, which you enable yourself, and only on the list of actions you authorised.
