Running several ad accounts without losing your week

An agency’s problem is not optimising one account: it is watching fifteen, spotting the one slipping this week, and producing fifteen client updates nobody wants to write.

How do you manage several client ad accounts with AI?

Running a portfolio needs three things a normal dashboard does not give: a view comparing every account over the same period, a repeatable audit applied identically everywhere, and exportable reports. SaveAds connects several ad accounts under one login, applies the same diagnosis to each, and exports reports as PDF or CSV.

The portfolio view: which account needs attention

With fifteen accounts, the Monday morning question is not “how is this account” but “which one moved”. SaveAds brings connected accounts into a shared view with their spend, conversions and anomalies, and that view exports to PDF for the team meeting.

Sorting is by money at stake, not alphabetical: an account at £400 losing 30% of its return comes before an account at £40 doing fine.

A repeatable audit, applied the same way everywhere

An agency’s quality comes from its method, not from whoever happens to open the account that day. SaveAds applies the same diagnosis to every connected account: conversion tracking first, then search terms paid without conversion, misallocated budgets, anomalies.

A junior consultant therefore gets the same list of findings as a senior, and the senior spends their time on judgement rather than counting.

Client updates you no longer write by hand

Weekly and monthly reports are built on real readings and changes actually applied — never on an extrapolation. They export as PDF or CSV, per account or across the whole portfolio.

When there is not much to say — incomplete month, freshly connected account, history too short — the report says so rather than lining up zeros presented as a result.

One autonomy level per account

Not every client accepts the same thing. One account can stay on analysis only while its neighbour runs on one-click approval, and a third on controlled automation over a restricted list of actions. The level changes whenever you want, and comes down as fast.

Limits are enforced server-side: a budget variation cap does not depend on which screen you act from.

The AI connector for the writing part

The MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read the connected accounts and draft a client update from the real figures, with no copy-paste. For a small team that is often the most immediate gain: the data is already there, only the wording is left.

What an agency should know before committing

  • Connected accounts are capped per plan: 1, 5 or 10 — beyond that, the Enterprise plan exists for exactly this.
  • AI analyses are capped monthly (5, 20 or 60 AI credits), with extra credits on demand.
  • Google Ads already accepts changes applied from SaveAds; Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are being activated, and other platforms are read.
  • SaveAds is not a client billing or project management tool.

Frequently asked questions

Freelancer or independent media buyer: is it the same thing?

From the tool’s point of view, yes. The need is identical — several accounts, little time, updates to produce — and the Free and Pro plans cover those volumes.

Can I give a client access?

Sharing happens through the exported reports, which are written to be read by a non-technical client. Access to settings stays with the team running the accounts.

How many accounts for an agency with ten clients?

The Business plan covers ten connected accounts. Beyond that, or with several users, the Enterprise plan is sized to the volume.

Does SaveAds replace a consultant?

No. It removes the reading and execution work; the judgement — which budget, which target, which offer — remains the consultant’s job.
